Environmental

Alkemi is made from a No-VOC (volatile organic compound) resin and post-industrial aluminum waste. When aluminum is milled on a lathe the cuttings curl off as waste. Alkemi incorporates this waste into their countertops to create an amazing looking countertop.

Common uses

This surface makes a real impression and is great for entry receptacle desk, bar tops or other engaging areas. It is not the best for kitchens but is great for bathrooms and other vanities such as a wet bar. It also can be used for office divisions and vertical wall paneling.

Styles

Slabs are ½” and ¾” thick and come in large 3’ x 8 ‘ and 3’ x 10’ sheets. Colors range from tropic blue, green, white, black, gold and red. Available finished are honed or textured. This is a very modern and contemporary material that catches the eye.
